Reservations Policy

Dear Guest,

Below are some important details regarding your stay here at Morada. Please read them carefully.

Check-In and Check-Out Times:

- Check-in starts at 3:00 PM

- Check-out is at 2:00 PM

Our entrance will be open from 6:00 AM until 10:00 PM. If you plan to leave or return after the property is closed and locked, please inform us in advance.

Price Table for Couples:

Lower Floor without Breakfast: $280.00 per night or $540.00 for two nights.
Lower Floor with Breakfast: $340.00 per night or $660.00 for two nights.
Upper Floor without Breakfast: $320.00 per night or $620.00 for two nights.
Upper Floor with Breakfast: $380.00 per night or $720.00 for two nights.

* Couples extending their stay through Monday after the weekend will receive a 40% discount on the Sunday to Monday night rate.

* Our rates are subject to change starting from November 2023.

Price Table for Individuals:

Lower Floor without Breakfast: $225.00 per night or $440.00 for the weekend.
Lower Floor with Breakfast: $250.00 per night or $470.00 for the weekend.
Upper Floor without Breakfast: $240.00 per night or $460.00 for the weekend.
Upper Floor with Breakfast: $280.00 per night or $540.00 for the weekend.

* Guests extending their stay through Monday after the weekend will receive a 40% discount on the Sunday to Monday night rate.

* Our rates are subject to change starting from November 2023.

Payments and Cancellations:

We require a 50% deposit of the daily rate upon reservation.

Our standard cancellation policy applies to all reservations of fewer than 28 consecutive nights.

Full Refund Policy: Guests canceling the reservation up to 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund of the reservation amount.
Partial Refund Policy: Guests canceling the reservation up to 15 days before check-in will receive a 50% partial refund of the reservation amount.
Non-Refundable Policy: Guests canceling the reservation up to 6 days before check-in will not receive a refund of the pre-reservation amount.

Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM.

As food preferences vary, we offer a fully equipped mini kitchenette in our studios to prevent food waste.

In partnership with the finest café in Jardim São Lourenço, Sarau Cafeteria, located 35 meters from Morada, breakfast will be served from 8:00 AM (flexible time). There will be an additional charge of 30 Brazilian Reais per person, and children (ages 6 to 12) will be charged 15 Brazilian Reais.

Each guest can choose one option from each category below:

Beverages (one option per person):

Soda / Water / Daily Juice / Daily Smoothie / Cappuccino / Hot Chocolate / Espresso Tea / Drip Coffee

Snacks (one option per person):

Toasted Bread / Toasted Bread with Cream Cheese / Cream Cheese on the side Scrambled Egg on Bread / Grilled Ham and Cheese / Bauru Sandwich / Scrambled or Fried Egg / Meat Pie / Coxinha (Chicken Croquette) / Kibe (Bulgur Croquette) Pastries / Cheese Bread / Croissant

Dessert (one option per person):

Fruit Salad / Cake / Pudding

Important Notes:

We do not provide room service until the third day of your stay or in case of unforeseen circumstances.
We provide bed linens and towels, which will be changed only after the third day of your stay.
Guests who bring their own bed linens and towels will receive a 7% discount on the first night.
Stand-up paddleboard rental: $80.00 per day or $150.00 for the weekend.
We are not Pet Friendly.
We welcome children from 6 years old under certain conditions to be discussed at the time of booking.
